Call Time: 9:00 AM, but arrive earlier, if possible - Parking is tight, there's always confusion, and the band is big this year - less elbow room under the canopy, and rows are close together. If you need to leave early, consider sitting on the edge, even if it's away from you section mates.

Down Beat: 9:15 AM

Shade, chairs, water are provided, bring a music stand or contact Tadashi & Christopher for a loaner (mgr@villageband.com)
